The First Irish Annual Doctoral Colloquium in Finance (IADCF)

Organised by FinLAB at DCU Institute for Business and Society, Dublin City University, in collaboration with the Irish Academy of Finance (IAF), the colloquium offers a unique opportunity for doctoral researchers to present their work, receive high-quality academic feedback, and engage with a network of finance scholars from across Ireland

Research Submission Process

We invite submissions of full papers or extended abstracts on topics including, but not limited to:

  • Corporate Finance
  • Asset Pricing
  • Banking
  • Sustainable Finance
  • Financial Technology (FinTech)
  • Financial Markets

Eligibility:
PhD students currently in their 2nd to penultimate year of study are encouraged to apply.

Review Process:
All submissions will be subject to a peer-review process conducted by academic faculty. Authors of selected submissions will be invited to present their research at the colloquium and receive structured feedback in a supportive scholarly environment.

Accomodation

Travel & Accommodation Support:
PhD students affiliated with IAF member universities outside Dublin will be eligible for funded accommodation and travel support, provided by the Irish Academy of Finance.

  • Registration Deadline: October 8, 2025
